I have read over the years that some of Lidl’s beauty products are pretty good, particularly given the price point.
I love Lidl’s tissues and cotton pads, but have never tried anything else. This last weekend, the facial moisturisers shown above were on a ‘temporary visit’ to the store and each one was the last one on the shelf. So I snapped them up – it cost $8 for both. The night cream was in a matching box.
They are not bad actually. Not the best creams for my skin that I have ever tried (I remain true to Astalift and Babor) but they worked, and would be perfect on skins that are younger and less dry than my own.
I would love to hear from my readers if there is anything else I could look out for on my next trip to Lidl. I don’t go often but I go whenever I want something different because their entire selection is rather eclectic. I love their bread, thousand island dressing, paper products, biscuits, and meat. And my favourite grey marled hoodie and sports bras came from there.
