I am loving my Van Der Spek Junior/Pocket organiser in Undyed Janet Leather. It is absolutely perfect. It is still pale (though it has darkened from pale shell-pink to light biscuit)
I am not normally precious about my planners. They tumble around in my bag, and end up on all kinds of tables. This leather, however, is pale and marks easily. Once it gets darker and the stains and marks develop into the patina, you don’t mind each mark so much. This is what my 18-month-old Hobonichi Weeks Cover/Codex in the same leather looks like. It has darkened and the stains and blotches have blended in to create a gorgeous caramel patina.

To this end, I bought this patchwork pouch from KMade on Etsy to keep it safe and clean in my bag. Once the planner has darkened enough for me to not mind it being bashed around, I can use the pouch for something else.
The seller has a huge volume of sales, and I can see why. I really like the look of the washable wipes, soap pouches and book pouches.
