I have long, thick curly hair, and often tie my hair in a bun using a scrunchie. It is cool in hot weather, easy to do in the morning, and professional for work. They are also comfortable to wear while sleeping and leaning against pillows.
As you can see below, small scrunchies get lost in my hair.
Bigger ones are way better.
For a long time I have coveted a Queen (large) Good Squish scrunchie. They are more a statement than a hair band and I would love to try one. Aren’t they gorgeous?
Good Squish come in four different sizes – large, medium, small, extra small. But I would really like to try a large (Queen) one.
The only thing stopping me is the price. Good Squish are handmade and sustainably produced. There are gorgeous vintage fabrics. The dead-stock drops make sure that all the scraps are put back into use. So the price is justified. Right now though, there is no way I can drop that much on a hair accessory when I have about 7 scrunchies that I love and wear all the time. But one day!

Or this one in white broderie anglaise
Despite my wishes to rock it, the Queen is probably too big for me, despite my desire to try the largest size. So if I ever buy one, I may may may be sensible and go down one size to the Blumberg, which is also rather large.
