This is a product I have used for decades. When it comes to facial moisturisers, I tend to stick with what I know, unless I try a small pot of something I receive as a gift with purchase.
I have dry skin, and I find most moisturisers leave my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable when I wake up and during the day. I like something heavy that leaves and layer on my skin so I don’t get that taut, tight feeling. In skincare terms, I prefer humectant and occlusive moisturisers that form a barrier on my skin**
Dr Hauschka Rose Day Cream, Weleda Skin Food, Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion+ are examples of this. They make my skin supple and soft but I can still wear make up without everything sliding off
Right now Rose Day Cream is what I am using. It is nice and thick but not greasy.
