My Favourite Face Masks

I received this question today and I actually had to have a think. I tend to use any face mask going!

The one I use most of all is Biodroga Honey Vitamin Mask, which is described as: The rich cream mask enhances oxygen exchange and visibly energizes stressed, fatigued skin. For an instantly fresh, revitalized complexion. Honey, wheat germ oil and vitamins intensively smooth and condition skin. I tend to use this as a heavy moisturizer in winter in Sweden. It does not have to be rinsed off and just soaks into dry skin.

The other one I use fairly often is Eve Lom Rescue Mask, which is described as: Featuring Camphor, Almond and Honey-infused Kaolin Clay, it is the perfect weekly deep clean to keep your complexion in radiant condition. Rescue Mask is also on hand when skin becomes stressed and in need of extra help. Whether it’s blotchy, irritable break-outs, jet-lag, or morning-after puffiness, this hard-working and versatile mask will get your skin back on track. This one I usually use on Sundays to make my skin feel squeaky clean.

Others I like are anything by Omorovicza which is described as: Omorovicza combined Hungary's 2,000-year-old tradition of using their unique healing thermal waters and mineral-rich mud with using technological advances so cutting-edge the lab they use has a Nobel prize! The beauty of this brand is not just the perfect mix of naturally occuring minerals in the muds and waters they use, but their "Mineral Cosmetology", a patented delivery system that maximises the impact on your skin. I seem to get a lot of their masks as samples or trial sizes and I love every single one of them. Aesop Parsley Seed Facial Cleansing Masque, described as: The purified clay draws out impurities; the Aloe Vera ensures this doesn't leave your skin feeling tight, while the Rosehip & Parsley Seed extracts deliver a big dose of anti-oxidants to perk up your skin. This is one to use before you go out as it balances oily/combo skins & perks up a gray or dull complexion.
